By launching this project at 186-212 Main Street, we preserved the historic integrity of downtown Oneonta while addressing the ongoing housing shortage with market-rate housing options for working professionals and people with disabilities. We are thankful for the ongoing community support that enables Springbrook to provide consistent and continued service to those who choose us as their service provider and those who call Oneonta home.
